Wish List

Children who come to the Child Advocacy Center would be delighted to receive items of interest to typical children:

• Backpacks, bicycles, helmets, and clothes.
• Things to decorate their rooms, coloring books, and implements.
• Free tickets to the movies with popcorn.
• Toys, games, and books.
• Arts and crafts projects, to name a few.

The Center itself is looking for non-perishable items that we can use to make children’s visits here more pleasant:

• Juice boxes .
• Snacks -- cookies, fruit chews, applesauce and crackers.
• Napkins .
• Soup and microwavable meals.
• Food items that can be stored and used whenever an interview is scheduled.
• Bottled watter.

For our new space, we would love children’s furniture:

• Waiting room furniture.
• Books.
• Games.
• Hypo-allergenic toys.
• Cabinets to store books and games.

For the office, we need just about everything:

• Window treatments.
• Flooring.
• Murals/wall decals.
• Desks, chairs, and phones.
• Computers and printers.
• TV, music system, DVD player.
• Fax machines, copier, and supplies (stationary stamps).
• Filing cabinets, sofa and chairs, book shelves, and wastebaskets.
• Conference room table, chairs, and intercom.
• Subscriptions to magazines and newspapers.
• Artwork, indoor plants, and area rugs.
